Mutual Capital Partners was created in Cleveland, Ohio after the founders spent years working in the startup, advisory and investment industry. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs turn their ideas and visions into successful companies with fundraising and networking guidance. As a results-driven organization, we are constantly looking for ambitious & visionary partners with the drive and flexibility to take their company to the next level.
MCP portfolio companies receive personal guidance from the very first contact with us and are provided with all the resources and expert advice they need from team MCP.

Pursuit & Criteria
We are a venture capital fund committed to entrepreneurialism working with angel funds, economic development entities, and entrepreneurs to assist them through the capital continuum throughout Ohio and the rest of the Midwest. We respond to all potential investments within five business days and try to provide feedback or introductions to all companies contacting us.
In investments, we look for companies:

In healthcare IT and medical device spaces

With a strong management nucleus on which to build

With at least 5 reference customers renewing and/or expanding their business

With $1,000,000+ in run-rate revenue

An ability to achieve gross margins of 50% or higher

Located outside of major tech centers
